Job Summary
Inspect grounds daily to remove trash, debris, and pet waste, run the trash compactor, and clear vacant apartments. Pressure wash breezeways and common areas, and perform hazard removal on sidewalks during inclement weather. Complete assigned minor service tickets and demonstrate professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors while adhering to all safety policies. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required, with a flexible schedule including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
