Job Summary
Inspect grounds daily to remove trash, debris, and pet waste while running the trash compactor and clearing vacant apartments. Pressure wash breezeways and common areas, and in inclement weather, clear sidewalks and building access to prevent hazards. Complete assigned minor and routine service tickets as requested. Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors professionally while adhering to all safety policies. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
