Groundskeeper/Punch Technician

Job Summary
Maintain community grounds and exterior spaces to preserve curb appeal; assist with turning vacant apartments (light cleaning and item removal); perform basic maintenance such as painting, light fixture replacement, and minor repairs; operate landscaping tools and equipment (blowers, pressure washers) to keep outdoor areas clean and presentable; report safety concerns or repair needs to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager; work collaboratively with a team while delivering a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in groundskeeping or general maintenance
- Basic knowledge of painting, landscaping, and apartment maintenance
- Experience in the apartment or property management industry is preferred
