Groundskeeper/Punch Technician

Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of community grounds, breezeways, and amenities by collecting daily trash, clearing debris, and emptying waste containers. Assist with turning vacant apartments through light cleaning and item removal, while performing basic maintenance tasks like painting, light fixture replacement, and minor repairs. Operate blowers, pressure washers, and landscaping tools to ensure outdoor areas remain presentable, and report safety concerns or repair needs to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. Requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years of groundskeeping or general maintenance experience, and the ability to lift heavy items. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on property needs.
