Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance tasks including trimming hedges, watering plants, and keeping outdoor spaces free from debris and safety hazards. Perform regular inspections of areas to identify and address needs such as repairing fences and walkways, while assisting in planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Use and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely, collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely project completion, and maintain an inventory of supplies. Respond promptly to landscaping-related concerns from residents. Requires previous landscaping experience, knowledge of plant care, ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and a valid driver's license.
