Job Summary
Trim hedges, water plants, and keep outdoor spaces free from debris to maintain the apartment complex's landscape. Conduct regular inspections of areas to repair fences and walkways, while assisting with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely, collaborate with the maintenance team on projects, and manage an inventory of supplies. Respond promptly to resident concerns regarding landscaping. A valid driver's license may be required.
