Job Summary
Maintain property grounds daily according to company standards, ensuring consistent upkeep of exterior maintenance and debris disposal. Organize and track all equipment for snow removal, lawn care, parking maintenance, and pool operations. Assist with cleaning vacant units prior to move-ins while adhering to safety programs and policies. Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members. Valid driver's license required; previous janitorial or mechanical experience preferred. Salary range $17-$17.50 hourly plus commission.
