Job Summary
Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions, maintain parking lots and all outdoor grounds including shoveling and sweeping, and operate and maintain garden and landscaping equipment. Weatherproof areas, cover outdoor furniture with tarps, and tie down unsecured items. Install seasonal decor such as Christmas decorations and signage. Maintain gardens and lawns through planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching, and applying pesticides. Identify and diagnose issues and correct them, performing other outdoor repairs as required. Full-time availability including weekends; bilingual French and English required. Join an internationally renowned gaming destination expanding with new floors, a hotel, and dining options south of downtown Montreal.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual French and English
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly as required
- Experience with landscaping, general maintenance and minor home repairs
- Proficient skills in operating various hand tools and power equipment
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Reliable transportation and driver's license
- Strong organizational and follow up skills, detail-oriented
- Professional presentation and attitude
- Ability to maintain focus while working autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Must be available weekends
