Job Summary
Groundskeeper/Porter responsibilities include inspecting the community to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat, removing trash from vacant apartments and assisting with the make-ready process, changing locks as needed, ensuring pool-area gates function correctly, distributing notices, reporting hazards, and delivering courteous customer service to residents while adhering to safety policies and completing required OSHA-related training.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects
- Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
