Groundskeeper/Porter

Groundskeeper/Porter responsible for maintaining all common areas and grounds of the community, performing minor landscaping duties not covered by the landscaping contractor, and cleaning amenity areas (clubhouse, pool, restrooms, sport courts). Duties include providing excellent service to residents and staff, cleaning trash receptacle locations, inspecting and cleaning common areas, clearing debris, assisting with minor work orders, delivering packages, and following supervisor directions. Daily tasks include reviewing work orders with the Maintenance Supervisor, timekeeping, routine inspections, grounds maintenance per schedule, trash management, pressure washing, interior cleaning, completing work orders, ensuring safety and MSDS/OSHA/EPA log updates, and weekend coverage. Move-out/move-in support and ongoing safety meetings are part of the role. Education/experience requirements emphasize basic literacy/numeracy, ability to follow directions, customer service, teamwork, confidentiality, and willingness to work in various weather conditions; a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance is required.
