Job Summary
Maintains Greystar community grounds and amenities to uphold curb appeal and safety. Inspects spaces for litter and hazards, assists with make-ready turnover of vacant units, changes locks as required, ensures pool area gates operate per codes, and communicates with residents and supervisors. Adheres to safety policies (OSHA and related laws), participates in safety trainings, and supports the service team in daily maintenance and resident-facing service tasks. Flexible schedule and ability to work outdoors in varying weather are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
