Job Summary
Walk the property to remove litter and debris from grounds, parking lots, and common areas. Check and replace exterior lighting as needed, remove abandoned furniture and trash from vacant apartments, and clean pool areas, filters, and dog park amenities. Keep breezeways clear using a leaf blower, pressure wash buildings and sidewalks, and paint the office area, lobby, laundry room, restrooms, and pool rails when required. Complete minor service requests, change locks, make keys, and distribute resident communications. Maintain a positive attitude and customer service skills while working 40 hours per week, with possible weekend coverage and year-round outdoor duties.
