Job Summary
Ensure property appearance meets or exceeds RPM Living standards by performing regular groundskeeper duties, including picking up trash, blowing parking areas and sidewalks, removing debris, and cleaning dumpster areas, trash rooms, and trash chutes daily. Thoroughly clean breezeways by removing cobwebs, bugs in lights, mopping, and wiping down doors and handrails while assisting in pool maintenance. Complete assigned work orders and assist in preparation of make-ready units as directed by the Service Manager or Property Manager. High school diploma or GED required with one to three months related experience.
