Job Summary
Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring common areas and amenities remain neat and free of clutter. Remove trash and items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready, transfer waste to designated areas, and maintain storage spaces. Complete assigned minor service requests, change locks per policy, verify pool gate safety, and distribute resident communications. Report observed hazards immediately and demonstrate customer service by responding sensitively to resident inquiries and complaints. Comply with safety policies by attending routine meetings, completing OSHA training, and reporting incidents accurately. Work Monday through Friday in all weather conditions, including evening, weekend, and holiday call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to Rare or regular travel to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position
