Job Summary
Maintain the community's cleanliness and curb appeal by performing routine groundskeeping, landscaping, and pool area maintenance. Operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely while inspecting exterior lighting and replacing bulbs as needed. Assist with apartment make-ready activities, including trash removal and basic repairs, and support the maintenance team with general tasks and projects. Identify and report safety concerns, maintenance issues, and property damage to supervisors. Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies while working outdoors in various weather conditions. Perform duties as assigned, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Reliable transportation
