Job Summary
Maintains the Greystar community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal by performing litter and debris removal, clearing trash from vacant apartments during make-ready, assisting with the turn process, changing locks as needed, and ensuring pool-area gates meet safety codes; communicates with residents, responds to questions and complaints about maintenance services, participates in routine safety trainings (OSHA and related laws), and supports the service team to deliver quality service. The role requires physical work outdoors in all weather, the ability to push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds (50 with assistance), and operation of a golf cart with a valid driver’s license; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; and adherence to safety and risk-management policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods; work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
