Job Summary
Groundskeeper Per Diem at Bristol Health responsible for a wide range of landscaping and grounds maintenance across hospital properties, including lawn and tree/shrub care, sod and seed planting, fertilizer and weed-control management, irrigation coordination, snow and ice removal, and routine maintenance of grounds equipment. Will collaborate with outside lawn care/landscape specialists as required, supervise or coordinate snow removal crews, and be available for call-in emergencies. Requires physical capability to perform outdoor work, lift over 35 lbs, and operate or assist with maintenance tasks across trades as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in landscaping or related trades
- Ability to lift over 35 lbs
- Extended standing and walking; ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
