Job Summary
Groundskeeper responsibilities include high-quality lawn care (mowing and fertilization), horticultural care (planting, pruning, and maintaining trees/shrubs/seasonal flowers), infrastructure upkeep of walkways and parking areas, irrigation monitoring with minor sprinkler-repairs, operating and maintaining lawn-care equipment, and leading seasonal tasks such as leaf removal in fall and snow mitigation in winter. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. The role requires attention to detail and offers a full benefits package with a Monday–Friday day shift.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in professional landscaping or grounds maintenance (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
