Job Summary
As a Groundskeeper, you will help keep our property beautiful and inviting by performing landscaping and upkeep, assisting maintenance technicians, and supporting snow removal. You’ll maintain curb appeal by cleaning walkways and common areas, manage minor landscaping tasks, report safety hazards, and contribute to resident satisfaction through reliable, collaborative teamwork. This role requires outdoor work with the ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays, and a valid driver’s license is preferred. Pay is hourly, with most team members earning between $17 and $18.61 per hour, and total rewards include comprehensive benefits and performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with groundskeeping preferred
- Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license preferred
