Job Summary
Maintains grounds of industrial, commercial or public property. Performs mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, watering, and general upkeep; operates lawn equipment and sprays fertilizer or insecticide as needed. Repairs and maintains structures and equipment; cleans and maintains fences, gates, benches, tables, guardrails, and outbuildings; assists in repairs of roads, walks, buildings and mechanical equipment. Attends to snow and ice removal and salt application; may clean comfort stations, offices, workshops, and parking areas. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience; knowledge of ground maintenance and ability to follow verbal/written directions. This role is on-site with an estimated hourly pay around $18.70 and benefits may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience; experience in facilities, maintenance, groundskeeping, or a similar field preferred
- License/Certification: No specific certifications required; relevant certifications in maintenance, safety, or facilities operations are a plus
