Job Summary
Groundskeeper needed to maintain the Lee's Summit community exterior and amenities, assist the Service Team with appliance installations, unit turns and other general duties, clean and service the pool area, maintain exterior standards, replace light bulbs in common areas, breezeways and buildings, and perform day-to-day tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Background in excellent customer service
- Willing to work weekends and a varied schedule
- CPO or pool experience a plus
- Excellent attitude, teamwork skills and self-motivated
- Able to work collaboratively as a team and independently
- Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
- Must be able to carry/ transport items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Daily ascending/descending of stairs and occasionally of ladder to perform work orders
- Must be able to perform work both inside and outside
- Continuous walking and standing
