Job Summary
Keep the community exterior and common areas clean; maintain the pool area and pool deck; service the pool (check chemicals, remove debris, etc.); assist the Service Team with appliance installations, unit turns and other duties; replace light bulbs in common areas; demonstrate teamwork, customer service, and a hands-on maintenance approach; requires a High School diploma or GED or related experience, valid Driver's License, weekend availability, and optionally CPO/pool experience; role emphasizes physical tasks, multi-tasking, and collaborative work across indoor/outdoor maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Background in excellent customer service
- Willing to work weekends and a varied schedule
- CPO or pool experience a plus
- Excellent attitude, teamwork skills and self-motivated
- Able to work collaboratively as a team and independently
- Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills are required
- Must be able to carry/ transport items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to perform work both inside and outside
- Continuous walking and standing
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
- Must be able to move, bend, squat, stoop, twist, climb stairs and turn to perform day to day
