Job Summary
Maintain property grounds daily by cleaning common areas, removing trash and debris, and servicing barbecue grills, pools, and spas including chemical testing. Clean mail rooms and laundry areas, organize the maintenance shop, and assist in turning vacant apartments through painting, lock changes, and fixture repairs. Perform additional projects as assigned while maintaining open communication with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Work inside and outside in all weather conditions, lifting up to 100 lbs. with a 40-hour week at Centennial at 5th Apartments.
Required Qualifications
- Possess skills relating to grounds maintenance and pool maintenance job functions
- Valid driver's license along with current auto insurance
- Work inside and outside, in all types of weather
- Must be able to lift and work heavy equipment
- Medium to heavy work, requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting to a maximum of 100 lbs., with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs.
- Good hand and eye coordination essential, including the ability to ascend and descend ladders and stairs, and perform repetitive/continuous tasks according to set procedures and sequences
- 40-hour work week
