Job Summary
Maintain property cleanliness by removing trash and debris from buildings, parking areas, and common spaces. Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas while keeping dumpster zones tidy. Assist the maintenance team with light tasks and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management. Help keep communities neat and welcoming for residents by ensuring curb appeal remains high. Must occasionally lift 50lbs and work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
