Job Summary
Groundskeeper at a multifamily property responsible for the overall upkeep of landscape and exterior image, including cleaning driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, exterior hallways, flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas; snow removal and routine pool maintenance; provides world-class customer service to residents, works with Maintenance Supervisor and office staff, and may assist on other projects. Requires safety awareness, ability to travel between properties, availability to work evenings or weekends (on call), and bilingual English/Spanish communication; maintains uniforms and professional appearance in a professional office environment. Compensation range is $16.15-$19.00 per hour with benefits eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required
- Be able to take direction in English or Spanish
- Willingness to work evenings or weekends (on call)
- Professional appearance and safety procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
