Job Summary
Walk the property daily to remove trash from exterior areas, breezeways, parking lots, and playgrounds; clean around dumpsters and maintain landscaping by raking, mulching, weeding, and watering. Empty all trash containers, clean common areas including carpets and laundry rooms, and perform snow/ice removal per policy. Use a digital device to manage work orders, document tasks, and complete monthly inspections. Maintain a safe environment by reporting hazards and adhering to Fair Housing laws. Deliver community fliers as directed and attend staff meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive a motor vehicle, mini-truck, under-speed vehicles (USV) and utility vehicles (UTV)
- Auto insurance
