Job Summary
Manage daily trash removal from exterior areas, breezeways, parking lots, and behind fence lines while cleaning around dumpsters. Perform landscaping tasks including raking, mulching, weeding, and watering grounds as needed. Empty all trash containers, clean fixtures, carpets, and laundry rooms, and replenish bathroom supplies. Complete monthly inspections, document tasks digitally, and deliver community fliers. Maintain a safe work environment, report hazards, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws. Schedule is full-time in Roseville, MN. Pay is $17/hour with bonus potential. Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive a motor vehicle, mini-truck, under-speed vehicles (USV) and utility vehicles (UTV)
- Auto insurance
