Job Summary
Maintains lawns, trees, and landscaping; removes snow and spreads salt during winter; keeps outdoor areas and entrances free of trash; operates grounds-keeping equipment and tools; coordinates with trade personnel; submits work reports and maintains safety and regulatory compliance; performs supplemental outdoor maintenance as needed; physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds, exposure to noise and variable temperatures, and on-call requirements; preference given to Meskwaki Nation and Native American applicants; full-time with a comprehensive benefits package including health, PTO, 401(k), and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to operate basic lawn maintenance equipment
- Previous grounds keeping experience and a valid Iowa Driver License preferred
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license per Sac & Fox Gaming Commission regulations
