Groundskeeper

Clean hallways, glass doors, window areas, restrooms, and empty trash containers while preparing vacant units for new residents and performing minor repairs. Walk the grounds collecting paper and trash, maintain the property office and common areas, and ensure janitorial equipment remains clean and operable. During winter months, handle snow and ice removal with on-call availability. Adhere to the dress code, use protective equipment, and operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies. Must have experience in grounds or janitorial work, be trustworthy, and possess a valid driver's license.
