Job Summary
Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining the exterior and common areas of the property, including cleaning hallways and windows, preparing vacant units for new residents, trash and debris pickup, snow and ice removal in winter, and performing light maintenance. Must follow safety procedures, wear protective equipment, and operate within OSHA standards. Experience in grounds or janitorial work preferred; dependable and able to perform maintenance tasks as needed. On-site employment with full-time schedule at properties in Memphis, TN (USA).
