Groundskeeper

Mow and edge lawns, trim shrubs, prune trees, and maintain all landscaped areas across dealership properties. Operate powered equipment including riding mowers, tractors, tillers, snow blowers, Bobcat machinery, and utility vehicles. Clear sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots of snow and ice; apply salt and deicer as needed. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides using hand or automatic sprayers and spreaders. Conduct regular property inspections; repair fences, fill holes, and remove debris and trash from grounds. Maintain and repair tools, equipment, and structures using hand and power tools. Clean windows, maintain outdoor lighting fixtures, and assist with facility maintenance tasks as needed. Weekend availability required, including Saturdays and Sundays.
