Job Summary
Maintain campus grounds through routine tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing; care for lawns, landscaped areas, walkways, and outdoor spaces; remove debris and litter; assist with seasonal landscaping tasks (planting, mulching, leaf removal); operate and maintain grounds equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hand tools); report safety hazards or equipment issues; support campus events with setup/cleanup; follow safety procedures and campus guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Prior groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred
- Zero-turn mower experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining campus appearance
