Job Summary
Pick up and maintain clean grounds throughout the property, straighten outdoor furniture, and move trash to the curb on designated days. Trim plants and shrubs, restock puppy stations, and perform minor maintenance like changing light bulbs while reporting larger issues. Assist maintenance staff to ensure the waterfront community remains safe and well-kept. This full-time or part-time role in St. Petersburg, FL requires prior groundskeeping experience and the ability to work outdoors in Florida weather. Flexible scheduling is available with competitive pay, PTO, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
- Physically able to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods
