Job Summary
Inspect property each morning, pick up trash, sweep floors, and clean mail rooms, common areas, and pool zones. Replace lightbulbs, window screens, and air filters; clean AC vents; and perform light painting duties. Assist with apartment make-readies by trashing vacant units, caulking, checking appliances, and installing or moving equipment. Support the Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as requested and handle after-hours emergencies. This role requires a high school diploma, groundskeeping experience, and the ability to lift 100 lbs. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to assist with after-hours maintenance emergencies
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to climb stairs on a regular basis
- Valid driver's license
