Job Summary
Inspect property each morning, pick up trash, sweep floors, and clean mail rooms and pool areas. Replace lightbulbs, window screens, and air filters; clean AC vents and move appliances. Assist with apartment make-readies by trashing vacant units, caulking, and checking detectors. Perform light painting duties and clean vacant apartments between residents. Support the Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as requested. High school diploma required with groundskeeping experience. Must lift 100 lbs, climb stairs, and handle after-hours emergencies. Valid driver's license may be needed. Competitive pay and benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to assist with after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to climb stairs on a regular basis
- Valid driver's license
