Job Summary
Inspect property grounds each morning, removing trash and sweeping mail rooms, while replacing lightbulbs, window screens, and air filters in vacant and occupied apartments. Assist with apartment make-readies by cleaning units, caulking, checking appliances, and installing or moving equipment. Perform pool area maintenance including hosing down surfaces and organizing furniture, plus handle light painting duties and after-hours maintenance emergencies. Requires a high school diploma, groundskeeping experience, and ability to lift 100 lbs. This role supports Willow Bridge's residential property management portfolio across 29 states.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to assist with after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to climb stairs on a regular basis
- Valid driver's license
