Job Summary
Inspect property each morning to pick up trash and maintain cleanliness in common areas, mail rooms, and the pool. Replace lightbulbs, window screens, and air filters; clean AC vents and vacant apartments; and assist with make-readies, appliance installation, and light painting duties. Perform scheduled maintenance tasks and support the Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as requested. This role may require a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb stairs regularly. After-hours maintenance emergencies may be handled as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to assist with after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb stairs on a regular basis
- Valid driver's license
