Job Summary
Maintain building and outside grounds with a focus on commercial cleaning and care. Perform essential functions including climbing, moving, and lifting objects up to 60 pounds while meeting physical requirements for considerable bending, walking, and lifting. Obtain or maintain the Black Seal Low Pressure Fireman's License and pass a criminal history background check. Required Qualifications
- Must have, or be eligible to receive, the Black Seal Low Pressure Fireman's License.
- Criminal History Background check required.
- Must meet the physical requirements of the position which include considerable bending, walking, and lifting and shall be able to perform all essential functions of job which include climbing, and moving and lifting objects that may weigh up to 60 pounds.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning and/or care and maintenance of building and outside grounds preferred.
