Groundskeeper (Landscaper)

Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance by mowing lawns, edging, raking leaves, watering flower beds, and removing weeds. Wash, clean, and re-fuel all equipment after use, then operate tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles to transport supplies. Maintain the appearance of fountains, planters, and other grounds features by cleaning or making repairs. Fill in cracks and holes on sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots while removing and bagging trash from exterior cans. Remove snow and manage ice as applicable. Follow all safety policies, report defective equipment or accidents, and complete required training. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
