Job Summary
Walk the property to remove trash, litter, and debris, while performing snow removal, landscaping, and grounds pickup. Assist with general repairs, move appliances, distribute resident communications, and maintain storage areas. Commute to vendors for parts and supplies, and perform interior and exterior painting when requested. Work outdoors in all conditions, including evenings and weekends. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and operate equipment like lawnmowers and salt spreaders. Adhere to EPA, OSHA, and local permitting regulations while maintaining professional integrity. This role supports Integra 360 Apartments in Winter Springs, FL, contributing to a clean, well-maintained living environment within a full-service property management firm.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs to a minimum of should height
- Climb ladders and stairs
- Walk between buildings and on building roofs
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, and bend and work on items at floor level
- Ability to interact efficiently with prospects, residents, peers, and management
- Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents
- Be able to work evenings and weekends
- Willing to work outdoors in all conditions
- Must be able to push a salt spreader
- Knowledge and ability to use a lawnmower and landscaping tools/equipment
- Be knowledgeable in local and state codes for permitting, sign ordinances, and pool regulations
- Ability to commute to pick up replacement parts and supplies from vendors
- Must be knowledgeable of pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations governing property storage and management of hazardous materials
- Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations
- Present self in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community
