Groundskeeper I (1st Shift)

Groundskeeper I maintains the facility and surrounding areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition, performing routine cleaning, minor repairs, snow removal, landscaping, and supporting maintenance projects. Uses hand and power tools; coordinates with internal departments, vendors, and contractors; ensures compliance with GMP and safety standards; conducts periodic inspections (fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, emergency lighting, ladders, AEDs, doors); manages waste areas; reads SDS and chemical labels; operates pallet jacks or forklifts as needed; and adheres to safety and SOP requirements. Must be 18+ with ability to work extended hours as production needs, including weekends. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred; forklift/pallet jack/high lift certification required; strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork; basic computer/recordkeeping skills.
