Job Summary
Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining the property's exterior and assisting staff to manage the property efficiently. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety compliance (OSHA/ADA/fair housing), checking and replacing exterior lighting, pool maintenance if certified, monitoring service dates and conditions, keeping areas clean and debris-free, managing trash and storage areas, painting and basic repairs, assisting with setup and other maintenance tasks as directed by the head/technical maintenance Manager, and communicating with residents. Must be an energetic self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision; 40 hours per week with benefits and paid time-off.
