Groundskeeper - Holiday Decorator

Manage holiday decor installation by collecting heavy décor from storage, transporting items up four flights of stairs, setting up decorations inside and outside the hotel using ladders up to 18' tall, and ensuring paths, sidewalks, and stairs remain free of snow and ice. Perform labor-intensive tasks including shoveling, chipping, digging, and weeding during summer months, while maintaining property safety and cleanliness by managing rubbish bins, ash tubes, and wood piles. Requires a Class 5 Driver's License, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and comfort working in various weather conditions. This seasonal role runs from August to mid-January with an hourly rate starting at $20.80.
