Perform maintenance and cleaning of grounds, common areas, pools, and buildings. Accompany vendors to apartments and distribute resident notices to residents. Report any maintenance problems encountered during the day. Knowledge of pool maintenance and general grounds care is required, along with reliable transportation. This role supports the physical upkeep of the apartment community at Shadow Ridge for Highmark Residential.
