Job Summary
Maintain meticulous upkeep of grounds, parking lots, amenities, leasing offices, and community buildings, both interior and exterior. Remove all trash from office areas and the apartment community perimeter daily. Assist in preparing make-ready units by removing trash from vacant apartments. Represent the community professionally on and off the property. This role supports HHHunt's mission to improve how people live at Abberly Crossing apartments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
