Groundskeeper

Inspect and clean the property daily by removing litter, debris, pet droppings, and maintaining all common areas and amenities in a neat condition. Remove trash from vacant units, clean storage areas, and assist with the "make-ready" process for new residents. Support basic maintenance operations by completing routine service requests, assisting with minor repairs like lock changes and gate maintenance, and collaborating on landscaping, snow removal, sweeping, and salting. Maintain and inventory all equipment and supplies, distribute resident communications, and report hazards promptly. Provide excellent customer service by engaging respectfully with residents and participating in safety training. Valid driver's license required; must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
