Job Summary
Keep grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free while assisting with routine property maintenance, cleaning tasks, and seasonal duties like snow or leaf removal. Perform basic maintenance to help prepare units for new residents, support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers, and clean pool areas where applicable. Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager and maintain neat work and storage areas. Adhere to all safety and company policies. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs.
