Groundskeeper - Grounds

Conduct daily lawn maintenance, mowing, and landscaping across the Kettering Health Main Campus grounds. Perform seasonal planting, weed control, and equipment upkeep to ensure the facility remains safe and welcoming for patients and staff. Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, and other groundskeeping machinery while adhering to all safety protocols. This Full Time, First Shift role supports our mission to promote and restore health by maintaining a pristine environment for our 14 medical centers and 120+ outpatient facilities in southwest Ohio.
