Job Summary
Maintain resort grounds by mowing, trimming, and blowing turf areas, planting flower beds, sweeping walkways, and operating utility vehicles. Perform daily shop upkeep, power wash hardscapes, and assist with irrigation repairs while adhering to safety guidelines. Greet guests with "I Am Proud" service standards and address feedback using the LEARN Model. Requires a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and ability to work inside and outside in inclement weather. This role supports the Garden of the Gods Resort and Club's mission to enrich guests through nature and wellness.
