Job Summary
Groundskeeper/Porter responsible for maintaining the property’s grounds, landscaping, and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. Duties include outdoor maintenance, power washing, litter and debris removal, servicing outdoor amenities, and assisting the maintenance team. Requires ability to work outdoors in varying weather, operate hand and power tools, follow safety standards (OSHA), and deliver strong customer service to residents. Part-time schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am–5pm.
